Nexta began in 2021 with one founder, a few servers and a habit of answering every message fast. Today Nexta Web Solution Private Limited builds websites, online stores, software and apps, runs marketing and AI search campaigns, and operates its own hosting and software brands.
We are proud of where we come from. Our team works from two offices in Hooghly, West Bengal, and serves businesses across India, the Gulf, the UK, the US and beyond.

Who we are
Nexta Web Solution Private Limited is an IT company that designs, builds, hosts and grows digital products for businesses. Our work covers websites and online stores, custom software and mobile apps, web hosting and domains, SEO and ads, and the newer work of being found in AI search tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
Most of our clients are shop owners, clinics, schools, manufacturers, agencies and startups who do not have an IT department. They need someone who will explain things simply, give a fixed price, and still be there after launch. That is the role we have chosen.
We also build and run our own products, from The PowerHost to NextaBill. Running our own platforms keeps our skills sharp and means the advice we give clients comes from systems we operate every day.
I started Nexta from Hooghly with very little except a belief that small businesses deserve the same quality of technology and care that big companies get. Every client who trusted us in the early days, when we were just a name and a phone number, built this company with us. We still answer every message the way we did then.
Our journey
No investors and no shortcuts. Just one year after another of showing up for clients, learning from mistakes and building what people needed.
2021
Rupan Santra starts hosting websites and managing servers for clients from Hooghly, and launches The PowerHost (TPHOST). No office, no investors. Just long nights, fast replies and clients who kept coming back.
2022
The work grows beyond hosting into websites, e-commerce stores and server maintenance. Nexta Web Solution is registered in Ramanathpur, Hooghly, with GST, and starts serving businesses across India.
2024
Nexta becomes Nexta Web Solution Private Limited. The team grows, a second office opens in Chanditala, and the company earns MSME registration, ISO and PCI DSS certification and NIXI accreditation as a .IN domain registrar.
2025
We start building the tools our clients kept asking for: WaClick for WhatsApp, BizPulse for agencies, AdLaunch for done-for-you ads, GetWhois for domain lookups and a set of WHMCS modules for hosting companies.
2026
More than 10,000 clients in India and abroad. We launch NextaBill, free GST billing software for small businesses, AI search optimisation services, a domain reseller programme and a partner programme that lets anyone start an IT business with zero investment.
